|After direct pressing for 3 hours the vinification is carried out in vats with temperatures kept below 15 °c to control fermentation. The fermentation is stopped when the sugar content reaches 25 gr / l. The acquired alcohol is about 12% vol.

A soft and fruity wine with notes of citrus. Floral and spring-like, the mouth is smooth. Can be laid down for two to three years.
