Vinification After direct pressing for 3 hours the vinification is carried out in vats with temperatures kept below 15 °c to control fermentation. The fermentation is stopped when the sugar content reaches 25 gr / l. The acquired alcohol is about 12% vol.

Production 1500 bottles
Dégustation a very light robe, the white fruits of the bouquet surge in the mouth. The sweetness of the finish complements its freshness and vivacity. To be enjoyed within 2 years. Serve fresh at 6°c.
Accord mets et vin Made for those who love sweet aperitif wines, it's also surprisingly good with blue cheese and of course simply indulgent with dessert!
Garde 2 years
You will love it as an aperitif or with white meats, goat or blue cheeses , fruit salads and iced desserts.

A soft and fruity wine with notes of citrus. Floral and spring-like, the mouth is smooth. Can be laid down for two to three years.
