Vinification After a direct, 3-hour pressing the vinification is carried out in vats with temperatures below 15°c to control the fermentation. The sugar content is > 2gr / l. The acquired alcohol is about 12% vol depending on the year.

Production 3000 bottles
Dégustation A dry, aromatic wine with a pale yellow color. The nose is floral - yellow flowers - it strikes the mouth as lively then round. Best enjoyed as a young wine. 
Serve fresh at 8 °c.
Accord mets et vin As an aperitif or with shellfish, seafood, fish and goat cheese.
Garde 1 year
It accompanies fish and seafood or white meats perfectly. Also great with goat cheese. This Sauvignon makes a lovely aperitif !
A dry, very fruity, wine, aromatic and supple, to be enjoyed young. This grape variety has gained worldwide fame.
