|Vinification||After a direct, 3-hour pressing the vinification is carried out in vats with temperatures below 15°c to control the fermentation. The sugar content is > 2gr / l. The acquired alcohol is about 12% vol depending on the year.|

|Dégustation||A dry, aromatic wine with a pale yellow color. The nose is floral - yellow flowers - it strikes the mouth as lively then round. Best enjoyed as a young wine. Serve fresh at 8 °c.|

It accompanies fish and seafood or white meats perfectly. Also great with goat cheese. This Sauvignon makes a lovely aperitif !
