|Alluvial clay and limestone
|After filtration the base wine is transferred to "Les Caves de Grenelle" for the 2nd fermentation where the bubbles develop in the bottle according to the methode traditionnelle. The bottles lie for 24 months on racks in a natural, underground cellar.
|Of a crystal-clear colour, this sparkling wine is characterized by its fine bubbles and freshness. The floral notes of the Chardonnay grapes develop in the mouth. Serve chilled at 8 °c.

|Excellent as an aperetif or with shellfish, also perfect with fruit or chocolate desserts.
