Vinification | 12 hours of maceration to extract the fruit and color, followed by a gentle 3-hour pressing. The vinification is carried out in vats with fermentation controlled by keeping the temperature under 15 °c. The sugar content is 17 gr / l. The acquired alcohol is about 12% vol. |

Dégustation | A medium-dry wine with a bright pink robe and red highlights. The nose Is fruity (red fruits). It is generous in the mouth, supple and fresh with notes reminiscent of fruit pastels. It is best enjoyed young. Serve chilled at 8 °c. |
Accord mets et vin | Serve very fresh for the aperitif. This wine can also accompany exotic and sweet and sour dishes (duck à l’orange) and is of course great with desserts. |
