Grape variety: Cabernet franc/ Grolleau noir/ Gamay

Terroir: Alluvial clay and limestone

Vintage: Mechanical

Winemaking: The juice is gently pressed in direct. The vinification is done in vats with fermentation control to keep the temperature below 15° C.

Production: 6 000 bottles

Tasting: As an aperitif or with grilled meats, Mediterranean dishes and fruit tarts.

Food and wine pairing: combines citrus aromas : It strikes the mouth with flavours of red berries which persist to a crisp finish. Serve at 8° C

Guard: Best enjoyed as a young wine.
