Grape variety: 100% Cabernet franc

Terroir: Alluvial clay and limestone

Vintage: Mechanical

Winemaking: The juice is gently pressed in direct. The vinification is done in vats with fermentation control to keep the temperature below 15° C. The sugar content is 25gr/l.

Production: 13 000 bottles.

Tasting: As an aperitif or with exotic dishes and chocolate or red fruit desserts.

Food and wine pairing: A pale pink onion-skin robe. The nose is fruity ( red fruits ). A gourmet medium-dry wine with strawberry flavours that persist in a spicy finish. Serve at 8° C

Guard: Best enjoyed as a young wine.
