Winemaking: After a direct 3 hours pressing the vinification is carried out in vats temperatures below 15° C to control the fermentation. The alcohol content is approximately 12% vol.

Production: 6 000 bottles

Bottling: March

Tasting: As an aperitif, with shellfish and fish. It goes well with cheeses, particularly goat cheese.

Food and wine pairing: Pale yellow color, floral nose (yellow flowers). Dry and aromatic wine, the attack on the palate is lively then becomes rounded. Drink throughout the year. Serve chilled at 8° C.

Guard: Best enjoyed as a young wine.
