Winemaking: The juice is gently pressed in direct. The vinification is done in vats with fermentation control to keep the temperature below 15° C. The sugar content is 17gr/l.

Tasting: As an aperitif or with exotic and sweet and sour dishes and desserts.
Food and wine pairing: A bright pink robe. The nose is fruity (red fruits). A generous medium-dry wine, supple and fresh with notes reminiscent of fruit pastels. Serve at 8° C.
Guard: Best enjoyed as a young wine.
