Winemaking: Direct pressing. Vinification takes place in vats with controlled fermentation temperatures below 15° C. The alcohol acquired is approximately 12% vol.

Tasting: As an aperitif, with seafood and fish. It goes well with summer salads, white meats and cheeses.
Food and wine pairing: Dry white wine with a pale color. The nose expresses notes of yellow fruit, it is both supple and delicious. Drink throughout the year. Serve at 12° C.
Guard: Best enjoyed as a young wine.
