Winemaking: Maceration more or less long depending on the year. Pumping over the first 8 days to extract colors and tannins. Juice separation. Racking into vats after malolactic fermentation.

Production: 5 000 bottles

Bottling: Mars

Tasting: It goes well with simmered meats or in sauce, game and cheese.

Food and wine pairing: Red wine with a ruby color. The nose expresses notes of black fruits. Aromatic and complex with a lingering finish.

Guard: To be enjoyed within 3 to 7 years.
